ABOUT MEPlay

I started my journey as a nutritionist back in 85' when I lived in Phoenix, AZ. and worked at Analytical Research Laboritories for Dr. Eck. At the time, I had no real understanding about nutritional balancing and how it can affect the lives and wellbeing of those participating in a properly designed balancing program. But, as I studied the concepts and looked at the research, it became clear to me that this should be the first approach for any person seriously concerned about their health. I got my degree in Nutritional Sciences and have not looked back.

Since that time I have seen miraculous changes in the health of those I work with. From weight loss to diabetes, lupus to chronic fatigue, these have all been improved by simple diet changes and supplemental recommendations.
